As you drive out onto the Neck, you are surrounded by the ocean on both sides. But your only “real viewing opportunity is Castle Rock or Chandler Hovey Park.
On a clear day, you can see for miles along the coast, taking in the beauty of the rocky cliffs and sandy beaches. If you’re lucky, you might spot a school of dolphins or a pod of whales off in the distance.

One of the most popular spots on Marblehead Neck is Devereux Beach. This long, sandy beach is an excellent place for swimming, sunbathing, and picnicking. You can also take a stroll along the nearby rocks and explore the tidal pools, where you might find starfish, crabs, and other sea creatures.
