Morning snowy sun drops
The morning sun creeps slowly above the horizon and all the snow we’ve accumulated over the past few days starts to catch the light and sparkle like gemstones in a jewelers case. These morning snowy sun drops of light are diamonds in the rough and yet just as cold. Precious for the few moments we behold them.
The warming and freezing cycle repeats and sometimes the freeze is sudden and results in the water drops freezing like a jeweled necklace. Catching the morning light, reflecting the prisms of color.
