The town of West Paris Maine, has a castle!
Okay, it’s really the town library. Lewis M. Mann donated it to the town of West Paris. His son, Edwin J. Mann, also donated more money and oversaw the construction. I love the entry door. This is the original oak door, and it has hand-crafted iron hinges. The building was crafted from local fieldstone.
